We are a dynamically developing team focused on implementing modern approaches to project management and employee development. The team includes developers, project managers, PMO, etc.
✔️Main Tasks
- consulting on AI-based services operation,
- creating tickets for service availability issues,
- collecting and describing user requests.
✔️You will:
- Consult employees on the use of AI services (GPT, Insight, Code Agent, etc.).
- Accept and create tickets for service failures, unavailability, or incorrect operation.
- Collect, structure, and describe user requests and complaints — transform vague phrases into clear technical tasks.
- Participate in testing updates and improvements of AI services.
- Connect users and developers: be a bridge between those who use AI and those who create it.
✔️Requirements
- experience in support,
- experience with IT products,
- understanding of modern IT solutions architecture,
- proficiency in technical language at the level of understanding developers' speech.
✔️You are a good fit if:
- You can communicate with people — calmly, clearly, without unnecessary jargon. You can translate from technical to human language (and vice versa): explain to a user why the AI gave an incorrect answer, and accurately convey to developers what exactly went wrong.
- You have experience in IT support — you know how tickets, SLAs, and feedback collection work.
- You understand the basic architecture of IT services: what API, database, integration, logs, and availability are.
- You are proficient in technical language at an understanding level: if a developer says "the model has degraded" or "the RAG context is outdated" — you don't get lost, but understand the essence.
- Advanced understanding of AI is an advantage, but not required: the main thing is the ability to listen and analyze.
