Vacancy: Technical Support Engineer (2nd Line)

Work Format: Remote, Moscow/Saint Petersburg (office visits possible)
Employment: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: 850 RUB/hour net
🟢We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L2).
Tasks:
- Solving typical problems and errors related to the service;
- Consultations on service usage issues;
- Receiving and processing requests in Service Desk, according to SLA;
- Creating and updating instructions for colleagues and users.
What we are looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support (ServiceDesk) or customer service (Help Desk);
- Knowledge of how DNS works: domain name registration, delegation, resource record management;
- Understanding of network protocols and stacks (OSI, TCP/IP, HTTP(S), DNS);
- Knowledge of email traffic mechanics (SMTP/POP3/MAPI/IMAP), validation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC);
- Solid knowledge in operating Linux systems;
- Experience using Docker, Kubernetes;
- Experience working with databases.
