Role at the intersection of DevOps, system administration, and SRE.

Tasks: Installation and configuration of communication platform products. Support and maintenance of previously deployed installations. Diagnosis and troubleshooting of malfunctions. Platform testing. Participation in product development. Interaction with development teams, documentation teams, and project managers. Communication with customer and partner engineers when resolving complex technical issues.

Requirements: ✅ 3+ years of experience in operating or implementing Enterprise infrastructure. ✅ Expert knowledge of Linux. ✅ Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP. ✅ Experience with Ansible (or Puppet/Salt/Chef). ✅ Practical experience with Docker. ✅ Kubernetes administration experience. ✅ Experience with load balancers (HAProxy, Nginx, etc.). ✅ Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other DBMS. ✅ Strong infrastructure services troubleshooting skills. ✅ Server hardware configuration experience.
