Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer (On-Premise infrastructure)

Format: remote from Russia
Employment: Russian Labor Code, IT accreditation
Salary range: 300,000 – 400,000 ₽ net
Key responsibilities:
Designing and developing on-prem infrastructure;
Setting up and optimizing Kubernetes clusters;
Automating CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD);
Setting up observability and HA/DR (Prometheus, Grafana, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.).
Technology stack:
Linux, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana.
(Would be a plus: Go/Python, Kafka, Vault, NATS.)
Requirements:
4-6+ years of DevOps experience in on-prem or hybrid infrastructures;
Deep understanding of OS and hardware operation principles;
Experience with Bash / Python / Go;
Systems thinking and ability to work with architectural solutions.
