Responsibilities:

• Development and support of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) for automating the build, testing, and deployment of applications.

• Infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

• Deployment and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters (creating Helm charts, configuring Ingress/Traefik).

• Setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics).

• Ensuring fault tolerance, scalability, and security of services.

• Optimizing cloud infrastructure and cost control.

• Supporting the production environment, participating in incident investigations.

• Interacting with development teams to implement best DevOps practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE.

• Solid knowledge of Linux (administration, configuration, diagnostics) — experience with RedOS and/or Astra is mandatory.

• Practical experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes: Helm, Ingress, Traefik).

• CI/CD setup (preferably GitLab CI, experience with Jenkins/GitHub Actions is also a plus).

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

• Experience with cloud platforms (Yandex Cloud, VK Cloud, AWS).

• Monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics).

• Database configuration (SQL/NoSQL): Postgres, Redis, Tarantool, Qdrant (at least one).

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for task automation.

• Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS) and OS principles.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) and configuration management.

• Working with secret management systems (HashiCorp Vault).

• DevSecOps skills (integrating security into CI/CD, SonarQube).

• Using GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate routine tasks.

• Experience building high-load systems and performance optimization.
