DevOps Engineer

Salary: from 100,000 - 150,000 RUB net (higher after project placement) Experience: mandatory from 3 years (completed higher education: technical or IT) Work format: remote

Responsibilities:

1. Work in an outstaff format and regularly undergo interviews with clients.
2. Be at the intersection of two worlds — our company and the client's team: quickly immerse yourself in the context, processes, and expectations from both sides.
3. Continuously develop expertise and stay on top of market requirements.
4. Prepare and conduct webinars, share knowledge with the team.

What is important to us:

1. Experience as a DevOps Engineer for at least 3 years (not internship/courses).
2. Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
3. Experience with Docker, Compose.
4. Experience in setting up and implementing Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK/EFK.
5. Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, and similar).
6. Experience with Ansible.
7. Linux knowledge at a system administrator level.
8. Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.

Will also be a plus:

1. understanding of SRE, DevSecOps, GitOps principles and practices
2. experience with cloud providers
3. experience with IaC (Terraform, Terragrunt)
4. experience in administering DBMS (PostgreSQL, Patroni, MySQL)
5. experience in administering load balancers, proxy web servers understanding of network principles and protocols
6. experience with auxiliary tools (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, Keycloak, Vault, Git, SonarQube, SAST, and others)
