The team expects you to have:
- IT experience of 5+ years; Experience in organizing team work (planning, decomposition, task deadline control);
- Mentorship or training experience for other colleagues; Experience working as a DevOps engineer or Linux administrator with DevOps tasks; Experience in building processes and culture based on Infrastructure-as-Code principles;
- Experience in team management, task distribution, execution deadline control;
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Containerd; Experience with build and deployment systems (Gitlab CI, Jenkins);
- Experience with Configuration Management systems (Ansible, Terraform);
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and visualization systems (Zabbix, ELK stack, Prometheus - Grafana stack);
- Understanding of network protocol principles;
- Experience in writing automation scripts in Bash, Python;
- Experience interacting with other development and localization teams, troubleshooting problems.
Will be a plus:
- Experience/understanding of principles for high-load/high-availability systems;
- Experience supporting large projects in a Production environment;
- Experience writing SQL queries (TSQL as a plus);
- Experience with Git;
- Experience with Keycloak, Consul;
- Experience with virtualization systems (VMware);
- Experience with Windows systems;
- Experience organizing infrastructure for internal LLM and ML models;
- Experience in building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and monitoring ML model performance;
- Experience with SRE and building culture.
What you will do:
- Distribute and control tasks;
- Estimate work volumes and deadlines for tasks during planning;
- Build communication with other teams;
- Develop one or more areas (including architecturally, jointly with architects);
- Solve complex technical projects when necessary;
- Participate in employee recruitment and team development;
- Train new employees, engage in mentorship.
