Project: Support. The investment project is a next-generation broker that provides investment and trading services on the stock market. Investing in Russian and foreign securities on exchange and over-the-counter markets.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or Linux administrator with DevOps tasks;
- Experience in organizing team work (planning, decomposition, task deadline control);
- Mentorship or training experience for colleagues;
- Experience in building processes and culture based on Infrastructure-as-Code principles;
- Team management experience, task distribution, execution deadline control;
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Containerd;
- Experience with build and deployment systems (Gitlab CI, Jenkins);
- Experience with Configuration Management systems (Ansible, Terraform);
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and visualization systems (Zabbix, ELK stack, Prometheus-Grafana stack);
- Understanding of network protocol principles;
- Experience in writing automations in Bash, Python.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute and control tasks;
- Estimate work volumes and deadlines for tasks during planning;
- Build communication with other teams;
- Develop one or more areas (including architecturally, together with architects);
- Solve complex technical projects when necessary;
- Participate in staff recruitment and team development;
- Train new employees, engage in mentorship.
