Responsibilities**

1. Remote user technical support (can be from home). Such as: troubleshooting office software, "client-bank" software.

2. On-site visits to the client's premises (Zelenograd, Moscow). Paid extra.

3. Configuration and support of server and client computers (Windows 10-11, Windows Server 2022 - 2025)

Requirements:

• Understanding of basic network technologies: DHCP, DNS, IPv4, routing.
• Technical English: Ability to read articles (active use of Google) from primary sources in English.

Conditions:

• Probationary period (internship) (for newcomers only - if required):

  • The probationary period (internship period) lasts no more than 2 months (depending on your current skills). Salary during this period – 40,000 RUB/month net. During this time, our full-time engineer will provide consultations and introduce you to the company's technical processes.
  • After successfully completing the internship, upon mutual agreement, you will be offered the position of "System Administrator".

• Features of the "System Administrator" work schedule

  • from 09:30 to 18:00 from home + on-site visits (see below). 2 weekend duty days per month (responding only to critical requests. You can attend to your own matters at other times).
  • Additional trips to Moscow. Paid separately from 3,276 RUB to 8,736 RUB net per trip (Depends on the duration of the trip).
  • The rest of the time (when trips are not required) remote work from home.
  • Starting salary as a regular system administrator – from 90,000 RUB/month net (for newcomers depending on current knowledge/internship results) up to 140,000 RUB (for experienced engineers). Plus payment for one-time trips.
