System Administrator
WineWood Moscow is a complex of mansions on Krasnaya Presnya, combining a boutique hotel, restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
We are looking for a self-sufficient hands-on specialist who will become the sole internal owner of the complex's IT infrastructure. The specialist handles current tasks independently, outsourcing specialized work to external contractors. Handover and adaptation will be provided by the current system administrator.
Responsibilities (you know at least 50%, and are willing to learn the rest)
- Administration of MikroTik, Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN, and internet channels;
- Support for servers, NAS, backup, and cloud services;
- Support for workstations, corporate accounts, and access;
- Technical support for iiko and hotel IT systems;
- Monitoring the operability of multiroom systems, screens, projectors, and other AV equipment;
- Support for automations in Make, Telegram bots, API, and webhook integrations;
- Technical support for domains, hosting, website, and application forms;
- Infrastructure monitoring, information security, and redundancy;
- Maintaining diagrams, instructions, equipment registers, and backup configurations;
- Assigning tasks and supervising specialized IT, AV, iiko, and web contractors;
- Technical preparation of the infrastructure for events.
We Expect
- Practical experience in system administration;
- Confident knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and VPN;
- Experience working with MikroTik;
- Knowledge of Windows and basic Linux skills;
- Understanding of server infrastructure, backup, and information security;
- Ability to independently diagnose problems and bring tasks to completion;
- Accuracy in handling access and technical documentation.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with iiko, PMS, or other HoReCa systems;
- Understanding of AV equipment and multiroom systems;
- Experience working with Make, API, webhooks, and Telegram bots;
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, or event spaces.
