🖥️ We are looking for a System Administrator — the technical backbone of our team

📍 Remote work format (within the Russian Federation) 💼 Full-time employment, five-day work week

Who we need: We are looking for a specialist who is not afraid of complex integrations (FreeIPA + Keycloak + Zabbix) and enjoys helping people. You will be the person everyone turns to with any IT problem — from "the printer won't turn on" to "I can't log into the corporate portal." If you can not only fix things but also explain, automate, and document, then we really need you.

What you will be doing:

🆘 User Support (1st and 2nd level):

• Assistance with access, software, and hardware.
• Solving typical problems: VPN, email, password resets, system slowdowns, document won't open.

💻 Workstation setup and maintenance:

• Installation and configuration of Windows and macOS (OS, drivers, office applications, printers, peripherals).

🔐 Access Management (FreeIPA):

• Creating and blocking user accounts, resetting passwords, adding users to groups.
• Administering hosts in the domain.

🔑 Single Sign-On Setup (Keycloak):

• Registering new services, adding clients according to provided instructions.
• Ensuring seamless login to corporate applications.

📧 Mail infrastructure and Microsoft 365:

• Creating mailboxes, distribution lists, shared folders.
• Assisting users with setting up M365 on computers and mobile devices.

📊 Monitoring (Zabbix):

• Maintaining templates, adding new hosts, responding to alerts.
• Monitoring the availability of servers and services.

🐙 Basic GitHub operations:

• Managing employee access to repositories.
• Assisting with initial Git setup.

⚙️ Automation and documentation:

• Writing simple scripts (PowerShell, Bash) for routine tasks.
• Maintaining documentation and user guides (so they bother you less with minor issues).

Our expectations:

✔️ Confident work with Windows and macOS at a system administrator level — installation, diagnostics, network and peripheral setup. ✔️ Practical experience in administering FreeIPA — users, groups, hosts, password resets. ✔️ Experience with Microsoft 365 — user management, mailboxes, shared resources. ✔️ Skills in working with Zabbix — adding hosts, configuring triggers, creating graphs. ✔️ Basic proficiency in GitHub — access management, cloning, setting up basic actions. ✔️ Ability to write scripts in PowerShell and/or Bash for automation. ✔️ Understanding of local network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) — diagnosing client-side network issues. ✔️ Communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
