Responsibilities
- Administration and support of server infrastructure (Linux/Windows);
- Work with virtualization based on VMware ESXi;
- Configuration and maintenance of PostgreSQL (including replication);
- Basic administration of network equipment (Cisco Switches);
- VPN configuration and support (IPsec);
- Work with certificates (issuance, installation, conversion: PEM, PFX, etc.);
- Support and configuration of Docker containers;
- Administration of logging and monitoring systems (Elastic, Kibana);
- Configuration and maintenance of proxies (Squid);
- Work with version control systems (SVN);
- Firewall configuration (iptables);
- Windows Server administration (AD, basic services);
- Interaction with certification authorities (CA).
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Alma/Rocky);
- Experience with VMware ESXi;
- Experience in PostgreSQL administration (backup, replication);
- Basic knowledge of networks and working with Cisco (VLAN, trunk/access, STP — at a basic level);
- Understanding of IPsec VPN principles;
- Experience with SSL/TLS certificates;
- Experience with Docker;
- Windows Server knowledge at an administrator level;
- Basic knowledge of information security (network policies, access control, hardening);
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Elastic Stack (ELK);
- Automation skills (bash/python/ansible);
- Experience in configuring proxy and caching servers;
- Understanding of CI/CD principles.
