We are scaling our cooperation with the SaaS products ecosystem, strengthening relationships with vendors and system integrators.
We are now expanding the team and want to hire a system administrator to ensure the stable operation of the office IT infrastructure, internal support systems, and company server solutions.
Responsibilities
- Network and remote access:
• configuration and maintenance of VPN solutions (OpenVPN, IPSec, XRay);
• support of office network infrastructure.
- User support and document flow:
• issuance of equipment (laptops, peripherals);
• maintenance and updating of internal documentation, configurations, and instructions.
- Administration of internal services:
• maintenance and development of Service Desk and CMDB;
• support of GitLab (including CI/CD), Jira, Confluence, email services;
• administration of internal storage, documentation, and repositories.
- Monitoring and incident response:
• working with Zabbix, Grafana monitoring systems;
• diagnostics and prompt elimination of incidents in the office IT infrastructure.
- IT infrastructure support and development:
• operation of physical and virtual server infrastructure (Linux, Windows);
• ensuring fault tolerance and regular updates, maintaining office network infrastructure;
• installation and updating of OS on servers and workstations (Linux, Windows).
Requirements
- Linux server administration skills;
- Windows workstation and server administration skills;
- experience in OS installation and updates (Linux, Windows);
- ability to write bash scripts is a plus.
