«НЕБО» Sports and Entertainment Centers are looking for a Lead System Administrator— a specialist who not only maintains the infrastructure but also develops it and builds reliable, automated processes. We need a person who combines deep expertise in system administration with practical experience in DevOps: knows how to not only "fix" but also automate, standardize, and scale.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the stable operation and development of the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, peripherals) with a focus on improving fault tolerance and predictability of service operation.
- Implement and support DevOps practices: automate routine operations, configure CI/CD pipelines, manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC), improve monitoring and incident response processes.
- Develop server infrastructure and virtual machines (Windows Server / Hyper-V or similar): configuration, optimization, scaling, performance monitoring.
- Administer network equipment and ensure stable and secure network operation (LAN, Wi-Fi, routing, VLAN, VPN).
- Support and develop key internal IT services: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, file server, mail server, etc.
- Administer and update business systems: 1C (Accounting, Payroll, Company Management), Bitrix (internal portal, CRM) — including installation, updates, database management, backup and recovery.
- Organize and improve data backup and recovery processes, ensure a basic level of information security.
- User support: diagnostics, assistance with software and hardware, prioritization and resolution of operational tasks.
- Interact with contractors and external providers (internet, licenses, service contracts), monitor SLA and service quality.
- Build and document IT processes: regulations, standards, instructions, monitoring, reporting. Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Lead or Senior System Administrator.
- Practical experience in applying DevOps approaches and tools (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring systems, orchestration, etc.).
- Confident knowledge of Windows OS, deep understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS operation.
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V or similar) at the level of infrastructure design, configuration, and development.
- Deep knowledge of network technologies: LAN, Wi-Fi, routing, VLAN, VPN.
- Practical experience in administering 1C at the level of installation, updates, and database management.
- Experience in supporting and administering Bitrix-based portal/CRM — will be an advantage.
- Understanding of backup, data recovery, and basic information security principles.
- Ability to independently solve complex IT tasks, take responsibility, and bring processes to completion.
- Skills in writing regulations, instructions, and maintaining IT infrastructure documentation.
