In this role, you will work with: • Windows Server 2012–2025: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, etc.; • virtualization: VMware / Citrix / Hyper-V; • automation using PowerShell; • backup: Veeam / CyberBackup; • Exchange, MS SQL, Citrix ADC / NetScaler; • servers, storage, and FC networks: HPE, Dell, Huawei, Yadro, NetApp, Brocade; • monitoring in Zabbix; • investigation of complex 3rd-line incidents; • participation in HA/DR projects, AD modernization, virtualization development, and import substitution.
You don't need to be an expert in the entire stack immediately. The priority is a strong foundation in Windows infrastructure, experience with one of the virtualization platforms, PowerShell, and backup systems.
