Job description: The Enterprise Technology team is looking for an infrastructure engineer (Middle+ level) with strong expertise in the Microsoft stack (MS SQL, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint) to support, monitor, and test the corporate infrastructure.
Tasks: • Conduct infrastructure performance testing and verify compliance with requirements; • Collect and analyze monitoring data on test and production servers; • Perform daily routine tasks in accordance with technical documentation; • Escalate complex incidents and technical problems to managers; • Assess the impact of solutions on related systems, data flows, and technical risks.
Requirements: • Understanding of basic infrastructure technologies: server hardware, storage systems, deployment practices, scaling, fault tolerance, and performance assessment; • Deep knowledge of MS SQL; • Confident proficiency in Microsoft products: MS Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory (AD), WSUS, and IAM tools; • Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware, vSphere, etc.); • Knowledge of server platforms and storage systems (Dell, HP, NetApp, Hitachi, etc.); • Knowledge of data backup systems (NetBackup, Cohesity, etc.); • Experience with server monitoring tools (Geneos, Zabbix, etc.); • Automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.); • Desire to develop expertise in related infrastructure domains; • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages (both written and spoken).
Will be a plus: • Professional certifications in system and infrastructure engineering; • Knowledge of Linux server operating systems (Red Hat, Astra Linux, etc.); • Understanding of network technologies, OSI model layers, and protocols.
