🔹 What we expect from you:

• Higher or specialized secondary education (IT, technical fields). • 3+ years of commercial experience in server infrastructure administration.

• Practical experience with:

• Virtualization: VMware vSphere or Hyper-V (VM creation, clusters, basic diagnostics)
• Storage Systems: working with LUN/volume, basic understanding of RAID, capacity monitoring
• OS: installation, updates, basic diagnostics of Windows Server / Linux ** • Professional knowledge and skills:** • Fundamentals of virtualization: VMs, snapshots, templates, migration (vMotion/Live Migration). • Storage system principles: block/file storage, basic operations with LUN/volume. • OS Administration: installation, updates, basic diagnostics, working with logs. • Backup: understanding policies, verifying success, basic recovery. • Monitoring: working with Zabbix/Grafana (viewing dashboards, reacting to alerts). • Security: principle of least privilege, basic OS hardening.

• Personal qualities: • Attention to detail, responsibility for results. • Ability to learn, willingness to master new technologies. • Communication skills, ability to work in a team. • Stress resistance during incidents, readiness to work irregular hours during peak periods.

🔹 Will be a plus

• Experience in distributed infrastructure, knowledge of networking fundamentals.
