System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Deployment and administration of the information system for a trading and manufacturing company with a large number of geographically distributed offices;
• Ensuring the operability of key network elements on a 24/7 basis;
• Configuration of user workstations and servers;
• Administration of information databases on the "1C: Enterprise 8.3" platform.
• Monitoring and auditing the status of servers, workstations, and network infrastructure;
• Active participation in company information system development projects;
• Creating documentation for the information system, providing reports;
• Interaction with users on emerging issues.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably technical);
• Work experience of 3+ years as a system administrator in large companies with a geographically distributed structure;
• High level of system administration and troubleshooting for Windows 2012-2019 server operating systems.
• Understanding of production environments and high fault tolerance models at the 99.9% level.
• Knowledge and practical experience in deploying and maintaining DBMS (Microsoft SQL Server 2014);
• Experience in administering databases on the "1C: Enterprise 8.3" platform;
• Experience in designing and deploying Active Directory, understanding its architecture and schema;
• Experience in designing and deploying clustered network services DNS, DHCP, knowledge of nuances;
• Experience in implementing and administering terminal farms, knowledge of rules and principles;
• Deep experience in implementing and working with cluster virtualization Hyper-v, S2D 2019, ISICSI, MPIO.
• Strong skills in the architecture and ideology of SCVMM 2016+;
• Strong skills in administering clustered Exchange servers 2013-2019, including DAG, including nuances of multi-version mail infrastructure.
• Ability to create client and infrastructure services from scratch.
• Knowledge of basic data transmission protocols;
• Practical scripting skills (PS);
• Good skills in working with D-LINK network equipment (DGS, DXS);
• English language proficiency sufficient for reading professional literature;
• Ability to independently master various technical concepts;
• Proactive life attitude, result-oriented, ability to work in a team.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with CentOS, VMWare, Proxmox, KVM.
• Practical experience with Zabbix, SCOM, writing triggers.
• Certification is welcome.
