We are looking for an experienced IT specialist who can independently handle tasks - from network infrastructure and servers to user support and office equipment.
The company has about 60 employees, with part of the team working remotely. The specialist will work alongside a current IT colleague and participate in infrastructure development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- maintaining the IT environment for office and remote employees;
- administering Windows, Linux, and macOS;
- configuring and supporting VPN, firewall, and remote access systems;
- working with network equipment and corporate networks;
- administering Google Workspace and corporate services;
- managing virtualization (Proxmox, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar);
- ensuring monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery;
- resolving user tasks L1/L2 — from setting up workstations to peripheral issues;
- managing access, conducting employee onboarding and offboarding;
- administering 1C;
- interacting with providers and external contractors;
- automating routine processes using scripts.
Our ideal candidate:
- has 5+ years of experience in system administration / IT infrastructure;
- is confident working with Windows, Linux, and macOS;
- has a good understanding of networks and can administer network equipment;
- can work with VPN, firewall, monitoring, and backup systems;
- has administered Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Yandex;
- uses Bash, Python, PowerShell, or other automation tools;
- has experience with 1C;
- has a B1+ level of English for work communications;
- is not afraid of hands-on tasks and is ready to independently troubleshoot technical problems.
Will be a big plus (not a mandatory requirement):
- Slack administration;
- automation and integrations;
- experience with OpenAI / GPT services;
- Cisco.
