IT Generalist (System Administration and AI)

International consulting company MTRC**, a partner of the largest medical equipment and consumables manufacturers, invites an IT Generalist (System Administration and AI, Part-time) to join the team.

The work is fully remote. The company is consistently developing its internal IT function. As tasks are transferred from an external IT contractor, you will be able to expand your area of responsibility, participate in the implementation of new internal IT projects, and eventually become the key IT specialist of the company. In this role, you will be responsible not only for supporting corporate services but also for implementing modern technologies, automating internal processes, and developing the digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the stable operation of the company's internal IT infrastructure and technical support for a fully remote international team.
• Administration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT Enterprise, and other corporate services.
• Automation of internal processes using AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make), including the development of AI assistants for the internal knowledge base, automation of employee onboarding, transcription and summarization of meetings, as well as other projects for automation and digitalization of the company's internal processes.
• Setup and maintenance of VPN, remote access, user workstations, and other tools for remote work.
• Organization of technical aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes: creation and setup of user accounts, granting and revoking access, setup of workstations and corporate services. Currently, part of these functions is performed by an external IT contractor, but in the future, it is planned to gradually transfer them to an internal IT specialist.
• Analysis of the current IT infrastructure, identification of opportunities for its development, and implementation of technical improvements.
• Search, evaluation, and implementation of new IT services and solutions to improve the company's work efficiency.
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a system administrator or general IT specialist.
• Experience in supporting corporate IT infrastructure and user support.
• Experience working with distributed (remote-first) teams.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN, computer networks, and remote access technologies.
• Practical experience using modern corporate AI tools based on LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude for Work, Gemini for Google Workspace) in work processes.
