Hi! We are looking for a HelpDesk Specialist for our Why SEO Serious team 🧑💻
Why SEO Serious is a performance agency specializing in SEO, ASO, mobile, ORM, and web analytics. We have deep expertise in optimizing websites and applications in both Russian and international markets across various sectors (E-commerce, FinTech, EdTech, FoodTech, and others).
Your responsibilities will include:
— 1st line support: accesses, passwords, VPN, email, Google Workspace;
— processing requests in ITSM;
— assisting users on Windows/macOS;
— onboarding and offboarding employees according to checklists;
— maintaining a knowledge base and instructions;
— escalating complex cases to the 2nd line.
We expect from you:
— at least 6 months of experience in helpdesk / service desk / technical support;
— ability to communicate with users and explain things in simple terms;
— basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals;
— attentiveness, independence, and ability to follow instructions;
Will be a plus: experience with Google Workspace, Jira, Notion/Confluence, VPN, 2FA, SSO, Bitwarden, PowerShell/Bash.
