RoboMarkets is a multi-asset broker offering 7 asset types and more than 12,000 instruments for trading. Our company has grown rapidly in the past years and now provides professional services for institutional and retail clients from Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees in the CY office and remotely.
- Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, including:
- Workstations, printers, and conference room equipment
- Local network equipment (switches, access points, cabling)
- IP telephony, access control systems, and CCTV
- Support and administer corporate software and services:
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Antivirus software (Kaspersky), VPN
- Apple Business Management, Jamf MDM, and Active Directory
- User access and account management
- Manage IT assets: inventory tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Ensure proper software licensing and compliance with policies
- Document IT procedures, maintain knowledge base, and follow service management processes
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
- Russian (B2+) and English (B1+) for day-to-day communication
- Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, cabling)
- Experience with user support tools (ticketing systems, remote desktop tools)
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with IT asset and account management practices
- Basic administration experience with Active Directory and access rights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Will be a plus:
- Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, etc.)
- Exposure to Linux systems and command-line operations
- Knowledge of Kaspersky Security Center or similar antivirus platforms
- Familiarity with IP telephony (e.g., FreePBX, Asterisk) and access control systems
- Experience with configuring CCTV systems
- Basic understanding of IT security principles
