🎯** IT Support Intern** 📍 Office | Limassol

We are looking for an IT Support Intern for a 3-month internship in a product Fintech company.

💼 Main tasks:

🔹 Issuing and revoking access to corporate systems 🔹 Assisting company employees with corporate services (resolving minor technical issues, consulting on service operations, supporting employees in the office) 🔹 Preparing basic access for new employees 🔹 Working with various services such as: Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, Figma, Bitwarden, Intercom, etc. 🔹 Supporting office infrastructure (basic level) 🔹 Escalating more complex tasks to senior specialists

✅ What's important:

✔️ Basic understanding of IT (networks, client and server OS Windows and MacOS) ✔️ Interest in system administration, IT support ✔️ Ability to quickly learn new services ✔️ Attentiveness, focus, and responsibility ✔️ Ability to communicate politely and clearly with company employees ✔️ Understanding of what Active Directory, DNS, VPN are

⭐️ Will be a plus:

➕ Experience with Atlassian / Slack / Google Workspace ➕ English at the level of reading documentation
