🚀** We are hiring: 1st Line Support Engineer**

📍 Limassol, Cyprus | Onsite 💰 Salary: up to €3,500 net

We are looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join our Internal IT team.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support via Jira Service Management • Support laptops, mobile devices, VPN, printers, meeting-room and office equipment • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connectivity, DNS and basic network issues • Administer Google Workspace, user accounts, licences and access • Support onboarding, offboarding and role changes • Manage IT assets and coordinate equipment purchases • Work with local IT vendors and service providers • Escalate complex issues and improve support processes

🎯 Requirements:

✔️ 2+ years in IT Support / Service Desk ✔️ Experience with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.) ✔️ Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 ✔️ Strong macOS and/or Windows knowledge ✔️ Understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS and network troubleshooting ✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills ✔️ Strong English and Russian

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience with MDM, EDR or endpoint management • IAM, SSO or SaaS administration • Basic administration of switches, routers, access points or firewalls • Scripting or automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python, APIs or low-code tools • Experience in fintech, payments or another regulated environment • Knowledge of PCI DSS or ISO 27001
