Helpdesk specialist
A Fintech company with an office in Cyprus is looking for a Helpdesk specialist.
Location: Limassol
Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of equipment within the IT department's responsibility (computers, printers, network equipment, etc.);
- Preparing workstations (PC setup, access issuance);
- Installing/configuring and troubleshooting software;
- Providing technical support to users at their workstations and via "remote access";
- Registering requests in ticket systems, consulting users, and resolving incidents;
- Written communication with company employees in Russian and English (B1 level and above);
- Carrying out modernization work, maintaining the company's LAN at a proper level;
- Encrypting/Decrypting work PCs;
- Maintaining documentation;
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support;
- Understanding of ticket system principles (experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence) will be a plus);
- Broad technical knowledge;
- Good knowledge of macOS/Windows/Linux OS;
- Knowledge of PC hardware, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot;
- Knowledge of network operation principles;
- Ability to perform troubleshooting;
- Communication skills and aspiration for professional development;
