IT Support & Systems Administrator

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Office-based) 💰 Salary: €3,000+ ⚡ 1-stage interview process

I'm looking for a hands-on IT Support & Systems Administrator to maintain our partner's FX trading environments, and core systems! 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tech support for hardware, software, networks, and servers (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi) • Set up seller accounts and maintain seller dashboards & FX trading platforms • Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and IT asset inventory • Maintain Linux, Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, and Jira environments • Implement security checks, updates, backups, and system improvements

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in IT Support or System Administration •‼IT experience in Forex (setting up seller accounts & maintaining FX/trading environment platforms) • Strong background in Linux administration, networking, and hardware • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset • Fluent English (Greek or Russian is a plus)
