IT Support Engineer / IT System Administrator

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer / IT System Administrator to join an international company in Limassol, Cyprus. This is a hands-on role for an IT professional who can not only resolve day-to-day technical issues for employees but also maintain office IT infrastructure, administer systems, and improve internal IT processes.

Key Responsibilities: — Provide IT support to employees (Windows / macOS) — Administer Google Workspace, Entra ID / Active Directory — Maintain Windows Server and Linux systems — Support office networks and MikroTik / HP Aruba equipment — Work with virtualization technologies (VMware, Proxmox, OpenStack) — Handle infrastructure monitoring, automation, and IT documentation

Requirements: — 2+ years of experience in IT Support / System Administration — Based in Limassol, Cyprus — hybrid (4 days on-site / 1 day remote) — Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN) — Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management and ticketing systems — Proactive, independent, and comfortable with hands-on technical tasks
