We are looking for a System Administrator for a company with an office and distributed IT infrastructure. The team has about 60 employees. The new specialist will join an existing IT colleague and help support and develop the company's infrastructure and services.
Responsibilities:
- Support of server and office infrastructure: VPS, dedicated servers, Proxmox, Windows, and Linux;
- Configuration and maintenance of VPN, MFA, firewall, remote access, monitoring, logging, and backup;
- Administration of network equipment, VLANs, and Wi-Fi;
- Administration of Google Workspace and other corporate SaaS services;
- Hands-on L1/L2 user support on macOS and Windows, onboarding and offboarding, access management;
- Administration of 1C and corporate messenger;
- Interaction with contractors and providers, work with equipment, licenses, and invoices;
- Automation of regular tasks.
What's important:
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or versatile IT specialist;
- Practical experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS;
- Solid knowledge of networks and experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, UserGate, or other network equipment;
- Virtualization experience: Proxmox, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar;
- Experience with VPN, firewall, monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery;
- Experience administering Google Workspace; strong experience with Microsoft 365 or Yandex will also be considered;
- Automation skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar tools;
- Experience administering 1C;
- English B1 level is mandatory for work calls and interaction with foreign data centers;
- Independence, responsibility, and readiness for hands-on work.
Experience administering Slack or other corporate messengers, OpenAI/GPT integrations, and services will be a plus.
