We are looking for a technical support specialist to join our team, who will be involved in supporting and developing the company's internal infrastructure. This position offers growth in the DevOps field. If you are interested in this direction, we will be happy to welcome you.
What you will do:
- configure equipment and administer access (LDAP);
- administer Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence);
- monitor the performance of office equipment (racks, PCs);
- maintain Linux server infrastructure;
- maintain and configure company information systems: GitLab, ISPmanager, CRM Bitrix, NGINX Proxy Manager, Zabbix;
- ensure network security and security of inter-network communication;
- participate in writing technical documentation;
- perform technical tasks related to system administration;
- configure operating systems and software on servers;
- ensure the stable operation of the company's infrastructure, particularly the office.
What is important to us:
- conscious and regular use of AI in daily work: ability to manage context, formulate tasks to get stable results, and apply AI for routine work tasks;
- experience with LDAP and/or AD directory services;
- experience with the NLAMP stack;
- knowledge of Linux OS at an administrator level (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS);
- understanding of DBMS principles (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
- experience with Git, GitLab.
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of DNS (how it all works, root servers, registrars, delegation, zones, Relay, TTL);
- understanding of email protocols (DKIM/SPF/PTR/DMARC/MX records, etc.);
- experience in Bash scripting;
- file system administration: LVM, RAID;
- experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Yeastar equipment;
- desire to grow in system administration, DevOps;
- desire to optimize routine processes through automation;
- troubleshooting skills, including with GPT;
- willingness to learn new and unfamiliar hardware and technologies.
