The CSP FMBA is engaged in scientific research related to the human genome and the analysis of the obtained data.
The development team creates internal services for automating the movement, processing, and distributed storage of large volumes of data.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator in large companies with a geographically distributed structure;
- High level of system administration and troubleshooting of Linux server operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS);
- VMware, Proxmox, KVM virtualization;
- Knowledge and practical experience in deploying and maintaining DBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL);
- Experience in designing and deploying Active Directory, understanding of its architecture and schema;
- Experience in designing and deploying clustered network services DNS, DHCP, both Windows and Linux;
- Knowledge of RAID technologies;
- Experience with network equipment: Dell, MikroTik, Mellanox, HP; knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP principles, routing, VLANs;
- Experience with server platforms: Dell, Supermicro, IBM;
- Experience implementing and administering terminal farms, knowledge of rules and principles;
- Ability to create client and infrastructure services from scratch;
- Knowledge of basic data transfer protocols;
- Practical scripting skills (Bash, Python);
- Practical experience with Zabbix, writing triggers;
- Certificates are welcome;
- English language proficiency sufficient for reading professional literature;
- Ability to independently master various technical concepts;
- A plus – ability to deploy Ceph (large installations), configure performance, and have experience in operation and updates.
