Technical Support Engineer with Turkish Language Skills
We have an opening for a Technical Support Engineer for a project in collaboration with Kaspersky Lab.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st line technical support for a major international company specializing in the development of systems for protection against computer viruses and other cyber threats;
- Accepting, resolving, and registering user requests in an ITSM system (communicating with users via email, messengers);
- Remotely connecting and resolving issues for corporate users or forwarding the request to the next level of technical support for the product;
- Interacting with other support levels to resolve users' technical problems.
What we expect:
- At least six months of experience in IT support or system administration;
- Basic knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP stack;
- Experience working with Windows family OS;
- Good communication skills and a desire to help people;
- Basic proficiency in English;
- Turkish language B2 or higher / fluent Turkish;
- Knowledge of Active Directory will be a plus.
