🚀 We are looking for a Head of IT Operations & Delivery

As part of the BuildX project, we are seeking a strong leader to head the Operations & Delivery department and help establish a predictable, transparent, and efficient IT delivery management system.

Responsibilities: • Build and develop the Operations & Delivery function within BuildX. • Manage the portfolio of IT projects and product initiatives: priorities, deadlines, resources, risks, dependencies, and budget. • Ensure end-to-end delivery from initiative inception and scope definition to production and handover for operation. • Establish a unified delivery framework: planning, governance, reporting, escalation, and release readiness. • Synchronize the work of Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, BA, DevOps, and Operations. • Develop Service Delivery and Production Operations, including SLA/SLO, incident, problem, and change management. • Manage Delivery / Project / Operations Managers and foster a culture of ownership & accountability. • Utilize delivery and operational metrics to enhance team predictability, quality, and efficiency.

We need a leader who can create structure in environments with many teams, dependencies, and parallel initiatives, without turning processes into excessive bureaucracy.
