Description

✅ We are looking for an IT Operations Manager at Freedom Travel

Want to build operational processes from scratch and implement automation in the travel industry? Write to TG @Alua_HR

What you'll work with:

Build processes for handling incidents and requests with SLA and KPI.
Implement automation: macros, scripts, templates, autoresponders.
Control the efficiency of the team (~50 people) via metrics and dashboards.
Work with the product team on improvements and implementation of AI tools.

What is important to us:

Experience managing operational processes in IT / high-load services (support service, delivery, taxi, situation center) – 3+ years.
Skills in working with ticket systems, SLA/KPI and team analytics.
Systematic thinking, proactivity, stress resistance.
