What you'll work with:

• Build processes for handling incidents and requests with SLA and KPI.
• Implement automation: macros, scripts, templates, autoresponders.
• Control the efficiency of the team (~50 people) via metrics and dashboards.
• Work with the product team on improvements and implementation of AI tools.

What is important to us:

• Experience managing operational processes in IT / high-load services (support service, delivery, taxi, situation center) – 3+ years.
• Skills in working with ticket systems, SLA/KPI and team analytics.
• Systematic thinking, proactivity, stress resistance.
