Content Manager

We are an AI content agency, ICG. We create 10,000+ short videos per month.

We produce videos for brands in the talking-head format for Reels / Shorts / TikTok and scale production. We work with various industries and clients from CIS to the USA.

We are looking for a Content Manager — a person who will manage content production:

• Select the best scripts from trends
• Assign tasks to editors — clearly, on the first try, without revisions
• Check videos (engaging hook, dynamic inserts, the video looks lively and suits the industry and target audience)
• Monitor account growth — understand what works and what to test to achieve growth

You are a good fit if: — Experience of 1+ years in an SMM agency or Reels agency or very good freelance cases — Managed several projects simultaneously — Watch Reels not as a viewer, but as an analyst — Know how to set task requirements and coordinate a team
