What you will be doing:
Managing the UGC content factory
- Organize and coordinate the work of the UGC creator team;
- Search for, select, and adapt new creators for the team.
- Build effective content production processes;
- Monitor compliance with deadlines and the content plan;
- Conduct regular calls with creators;
Working with content
- Generate video ideas considering trends and business objectives;
- Create and regularly update a bank of ideas and references;
- Refine scripts and enhance content delivery;
- Advise creators on the product and help them present it correctly;
- Ensure content aligns with brand goals and target audience interests.
Quality Control
- Control content quality at all stages: idea, script, filming, editing, and final packaging;
- Provide creators with detailed and constructive feedback;
- Enhance each team member's strengths and support their development.
Analytics and Development
- Analyze content results: views, retention, reach, and engagement;
- Identify successful mechanics and scale them;
- Generate hypotheses and test new formats;
- Use data for continuous improvement of team results.
Content Creation
- Develop and implement standards and regulations for the content factory;
- Create clear instructions for creators;
- Optimize content production processes;
- Track trends in TikTok, Reels, and Shorts and implement best practices.
What is important to us:
- Experience as a UGC team curator, content factory manager, or creator group leader for at least 6 months;
- Portfolio of viral videos (over 1 million views);
- Understanding of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts mechanics;
- Developed trendwatching skills and high content awareness;
- Video shooting and editing skills;
- Experience with content metrics and analytics;
- Ability to quickly adapt ideas to the product and target audience;
- Skill in providing constructive feedback and seeing tasks through to completion;
- High level of organization and independence;
- Readiness to work at a fast pace and take responsibility for results.
