Creative Producer
Hello! We are Insperia — an online school for preparing for the Unified State Exam (USE) and the Basic State Exam (OGE) with 9 years of experience. During this time, we have helped over 28,000 students prepare for exams and annually educate over 10,000 schoolchildren in key subjects: Russian language, mathematics, computer science, chemistry, biology, and social studies.
We have built a product line for different stages of preparation: year-long and semester-long courses, intensive programs before exams, and summer programs.
We are growing actively and are currently looking for a Creative Producer who can strengthen the content of our school.
Responsibilities:
- Trendwatching (idea generation, niche analysis, idea database maintenance)
- Generation and development of ideas for videos
- Preparation and presentation of ideas
- Creation of anchor content for videos
- Reviewing video material and making editing corrections
- Controlling the schedule of shoots and publications for teachers
- Tracking video metrics: reach, engagement, leads
- Developing the team of creators and editors
Our expectations from the candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in promoting video content for businesses/companies/influencers
- Understanding of the algorithms and key metrics of TikTok, Shorts, Reels
- Understanding of the principles of hooks, retention, watch-through, and virality
- Experience interacting with a team: editors, operators, designers
- Understanding of the content funnel: reach — engagement — trust — sale
- Ability to work with metrics and draw conclusions from analytics
- Systemic approach to work: task management, database management, content planning
- Ability to increase content reach, launch videos into recommendations
- Mastery of all key metrics: retention, subscribers, reach
What we offer:
- Fixed salary + KPI for successful videos (total income up to 200k rubles net)
- Remote format, but candidates are considered from Saint Petersburg or the Leningrad Region, as shootings take place offline in Saint Petersburg
- Flexible schedule: no strict start or end to the workday; the main focus is on results
