Looking for: SMM Manager / Reels-maker for Personal Brand (Dmitry Lord) 📍 Fully remote

We are looking for a strong SMM specialist to help build and scale Dmitry's personal brand through systematic, thoughtful, and effective content.

The project already has a base (~130K on Instagram), and the current task is to turn this into sustainable growth in reach, engagement, and trust through a strong content strategy.

Role Take responsibility for content and traffic development through social media: from ideas and scripts to analytics and scaling of working formats.

What needs to be done • Develop a monthly content plan (topics, formats, sections) • Create and develop vertical content (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) • Generate ideas and write scripts for the personal brand • Adapt trends to Dmitry's style and positioning • Edit videos from source materials (podcasts, interviews, streams) • Conduct A/B tests (hooks, structure, length, covers, CTA) • Analyze metrics and adjust the strategy • Package content for different platforms

What's important • SMM / Content experience from 1 year • Cases with numbers (reach, engagement, growth) • Understanding of storytelling and short video structure • Editing skills (CapCut / Final Cut / Adobe, etc.) • Independence and initiative • Ability to work with analytics and draw conclusions

Will be a plus • Experience working with personal brands / media personalities • Experience in cutting long-form content into short clips • Understanding of expert content (infobusiness, entrepreneurs)

Conditions • Full remote • Full-time workload • Payment: 1200–1800 USD (with potential for growth)
