Looking for a Content Manager at AISTLab.AI

About Us and the Project AISTLab.AI is an AI studio: we create short films, series, and content for social media using neural networks. Our channels are YouTube and Instagram.

AIST Labs is our AI video platform for brands. It's used to generate video (Seedance 2.5), images, and voiceovers, and it offers ready-made tools for social media and advertising.

We are launching a content factory for marketing Reels about AIST Labs: a scriptwriter, director, AI creators, editor, and motion designer will produce several videos per week. We're looking for a content manager to manage our social media: plan, publish, and ensure that content is released on time and gains reach.

Responsibilities Manage AIST and AIST Labs social media: Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok. Create a content plan for the week and month, and ensure it's executed. Publish Reels and posts: covers, descriptions, hashtags, release times. Post test Reels on Instagram: test videos on non-subscribers and move those that perform well to the main feed. Write texts for posts and stories, and create stories yourself. Collect finished videos from the content factory, remind the team about deadlines. Respond to comments and messages, manage the community. Collect statistics weekly: views, retention, subscriptions, website clicks. Draw conclusions for the team: what worked and what didn't. Monitor trends and competitors, suggest new formats and sections. Tasks are set by the AIST Labs marketing team.

Who We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience as a content manager or SMM specialist. Have managed accounts on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok with measurable results. Understand how Reels and Shorts algorithms work: what affects reach and how to boost it. Write grammatically correct and engagingly. Organized: sticks to the content plan and deadlines, doesn't get lost when there are many tasks. Able to read statistics and draw conclusions from them. Knows Reels and TikTok trends and constantly follows them. Familiar with AI tools for video and images or willing to learn them quickly for work. English proficiency preferably C1, but lower is acceptable: the platform is English-speaking. Work according to Moscow time.

Will Be a Plus Experience with tech or AI products. Experience managing English-language accounts. Can create simple covers in Canva or Figma and edit in CapCut.

Conditions Payment: 100,000–120,000 ₽ per month, in rubles or cryptocurrency. Remote work from anywhere in the world, operating on Moscow time. Employment: full-time. Contract as a self-employed individual or sole proprietor. Access to the AIST Labs platform to understand the product from within. Work with the content factory team: the team creates videos for publication, you don't need to create them yourself.
