🚀 Seeking SMM / Content & Growth Specialist (Remote)

We are launching a new international digital product with ambitious scaling plans and are looking for a strong SMM specialist who can not only manage social media but also create viral content, attract audiences, and turn accounts into full-fledged media.
🔥 What you will do
• Develop and implement an SMM strategy from scratch. • Grow Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. • Invent viral formats for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. • Organize regular content production and publication. • Find bloggers, influencers, and negotiate collaborations. • Develop an international community around the product. • Attract new users through organic and paid channels. • Seek advertising partners and organize commercial integrations. • Analyze reach, engagement, conversions, and promotion effectiveness. • Coordinate local partners and content creators in different countries.
🎯 Who we are looking for
• SMM experience of 3+ years. • Real cases of viral growth on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. • Ability to create engaging content with high organic reach. • Experience working with bloggers and influencer marketing. • Understanding of marketing funnels and user acquisition. • Ability to launch projects independently and work without a large team. • Creativity, initiative, results-orientation. • English language for international communication.
A big plus would be:
• Experience launching social media from scratch to 100K+ followers. • Work with international B2C products. • Experience in gamification, entertainment, or viral projects. • Video production skills and experience with AI tools. • Experience in audience monetization and advertising integrations.
