Role Mission: Develop Glow's clients' accounts through relevant formats and trends, conduct competent analysis of your work performance, and implement new ideas for project growth.

Tasks:

• Develop content strategy for projects
• Write content plans and scripts for Reels and Stories
• Edit Reels to a high standard
• Analyze metrics and indicators
• Work with AI tools for content generation
• Write short texts (english)

Requirements:

• 3+ years in SMM, confident content production skills
• Understanding of SMM trends
• Proficiency in CapCut / Figma / AI software for video editing
• English language from B1

Soft Skills: Initiative, independence, awareness, engagement, creativity, responsibility, and working within deadlines.

AI Advantage: Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, NanoBanana, Gemini etc.

Conditions:

• Salary from $1000 for full-time employment + KPI bonuses (rate from $250 per project)
• 1 month internship with part-time employment
• Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00 Tbilisi time (remote, but living in Tbilisi/Batumi will be a plus)
• Payments: USDT or GEL (to an account in Georgia)
