We are currently looking for a Content Producer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with SMM to analyze content performance and, based on the results, plan future tests and hypotheses.
- Working with focus SKUs: understanding the product, finding its core meaning, and devising ways to showcase and sell it through content (in collaboration with the team).
- Developing ideas, mechanics, and technical specifications (ТЗ) for content production (for creators in our case).
- Organizing the work of creators: sourcing, negotiation, task assignment, deadline management, quality control, and obtaining final materials.
- Finding new creators (if necessary).
- Organizing work with the video editor: transferring materials, providing technical specifications (ТЗ), and monitoring deadlines and results.
- Overseeing content production as a system: ensuring agreements and tasks are not lost and monthly goals are achieved.
- Independently tracking deadlines and proactively communicating risks if anything might impact the outcome.
- Monitoring trends and content from other fashion/beauty brands, constantly seeking new ideas and formats.
- Participating in brand catalog and other shoots as needed: coordinating the process and assisting with the creation of additional content.
Format
Remote, 5/2 from 10 AM to 6 PM, preferably Moscow, but we are open to considering other cities. Salary from 120,000 RUB.
