What needs to be done — Manage social media from start to finish: phone filming, copywriting, reels editing, DM communication
— Develop and implement a content plan, ensure timely posting of posts and reposts
— Communicate with the team (sommeliers, chefs, managers), independently gather source materials for the content plan
— Work on content in collaboration with designers, videographers, photographers, develop layouts for special sections
— Produce shoots for marketing activities
— Conduct reportage filming and edit live content at main events
— Initiate shoots and creative concepts
— Engage in community management: respond to comments and direct messages
— Participate in project tastings and training sessions
— Build partnerships

What are the requirements — SMM experience of 1 year or more
— Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, art, media, or PR agencies
— Fluent written/spoken Russian
— Understanding of trends, basic knowledge of digital marketing
— Proactiveness, desire to do something new
— Readiness for full immersion in projects
— Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule, flexibility in managing hours, but mandatory presence in projects on Fridays and Saturdays during prime time (until 11:00 PM)
