A few words about juntos team ‘Juntos’ is Spanish for “together”. It’s together that we create a lot of cool content and advertising for projects. The team is primarily focused on content strategies (SMM: online presence, viral videos etc.), but on a project basis and upon request, we also do branding, performance and content marketing, work with paid traffic sources, and much more. Within the team, the highest priority is always placed on friendly communication, open dialogue, proactive participation in all processes, mutual agreements, and deadlines. Each of these points is an integral foundation of the team's work.

So, what you need to be able to do:

• create and approve a promotion strategy, content categories, and content plan for a project
• listen to clients and nod, persuade them to do a great job rather than what they initially envisioned, gather feedback, attend syncs
• design the feed visuals, package project profiles
• prepare clear technical specifications for shooting, design, and video editing, and ensure everything is done well and on time
• implement the content plan and make edits based on results
• maintain reporting (usually once a month, sometimes more often)
• for some projects, working in conjunction with a traffic specialist and an influencer marketer will be relevant

Requirements:

• 2+ years in SMM / digital marketing, portfolio required
• permanent residence NOT IN THE RF
• perfect Russian grammar, English from B2 (at the level of regular content consumption)
• understanding of social media promotion fundamentals and ability in strategy and result forecasting
• confident copywriting skills
• high level of exposure to Russian and English-language segments of Instagram and TikTok
• high level of self-organization, time management, and advanced soft skills

What are the conditions:

• remote work with any convenient schedule
• a cool team of performers for linear tasks (design, video editing, etc.)
• white income in the market (of a healthy person) or above market (of a smoker), possibility of concluding a work contract for visas
