We are Creative Attention Company, experts in managing attention on social media through content. Champions in short-form for brands like F1, Nike, Qatar Airways, Hugo Boss, L'Oréal, Netflix.
We are looking for a Lead SMM Manager, who will be responsible for all our platforms with a total audience of over 1.5 million: Instagram (1M+), YouTube (150K+), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Threads, Twitter/X.
What you will do: — Compile a content plan based on news and markets that truly drive the brand. — Create case content from the first brief to publication: texture, script, filming, editing, launch. — Independently publish content for Instagram and LinkedIn, using ready-made materials, templates, and AI. — Grow distribution: comments, collaborations, reposts, direct messages, inbound leads. — Manage the LinkedIn pages of the company and co-founders. — Keep cases, presentations, and all materials needed by sales and the team in order. — Analyze metrics, see what works, and suggest what to do next.
We are looking for someone who: — Has 2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager or Content Strategist in a B2B or premium B2C agency. — Does not wait for instructions for every step. — Can take on a task without a brief and bring it to completion. — Understands how Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn work. — Can independently shoot and edit video at a basic level. — Writes English at a B2+ level.
