SMM Manager (Fintech)

📍 Remote 🕒 Full-time / 5/2 🌍 In-house fintech team 🇬🇧 English from B2

Looking for an SMM Manager (FinTech) to help build a strong brand presence on social media and make complex financial topics understandable and engaging.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement an SMM strategy: brand positioning, tone of voice, KPIs, and target audience engagement; – Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram; – Create and execute content plans; – Adapt trading, market, and analytics topics into understandable and engaging content; – Prepare content in various formats: Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, posts, Telegram newsletters, texts, and scripts; – Community management: respond to comments and messages, increase audience engagement and loyalty; – Launch and optimize paid social campaigns; – Monitor financial market trends and quickly integrate news into content; – Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions.

What we expect:

– At least 1 year of experience as an SMM Manager; – A portfolio with real case studies; – Experience in creating or completely overhauling an SMM strategy from scratch; – Basic understanding of trading, financial markets, or investments; – Excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok: algorithms, trends, formats; – Experience managing Telegram channels: audience growth, retention, engagement; – English language proficiency from B2 level; – Strong copywriting skills in Russian and English; – Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools; – Ability to work with social media analytics; – Independence, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
