Job Description
We are looking for an SMM & Community Specialist to support our SMM team in daily content, social media, community, and paid advertising activities.
This role is a great fit for a digital marketing talent who is proactive, detail-oriented, fast-learning, and genuinely interested in social media, online communities, and the trading/fintech industry.
You will work with international social media channels, primarily focused on Asian and MENA markets, and help the team create, publish, promote, and manage engaging content across different platforms.
Requirements
- 1.5 – 2 years of experience in SMM and community management and with practical assignments, portfolio, or project examples.
- Previous experience from product IT companies or trading, igaming, gambling, crypto niches.
- Strong interest in social media, digital trends, online communities, content creation and trading/finance.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage tasks according to deadlines.
- Ability to work with content: coordinate visual content production, prepare and maintain content plan, work with texts.
- Understanding of platform algorithms and how content performance works across different channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube.
- Based in Europe or South East Asia (we are willing to consider candidates based in Indonesia, Thailand or Malaysia).
- English level B2 or higher is required. Russian - fluent.
Responsibilities
- Support SMM Team with daily social media tasks.
- Help prepare and maintain content plans for different platforms.
- Coordinate content creation with designers and other team members.
- Assist with launching and monitoring targeted advertising campaigns.
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and follower growth.
- Support community engagement through comments, discussions, and moderation.
- Keep social media materials and reports organized and up to date.
