Responsibilities:
- comprehensive management of the company's TG channel
- design creation - attractive posts and visualizations
- development of expert and sales texts - copywriting
- preparation, coordination, and approval of the media plan and promotion strategy with the manager
- analysis of competitors and trends in the real estate sector
- attracting subscribers to the channel - promotion
- providing reports on key metrics (reach, subscriber growth)
- searching for contractors for niche tasks (if necessary)
Requirements:
- successful work experience as an SMM Specialist from 1 year (with cases in the real estate sector - will be an advantage)
- copywriting skills, writing meaningful and sales-oriented texts
- knowledge of Telegram channel promotion methods
- ability to work with AI agents for visual development
- sense of taste and style for trendy post packaging
- ability to analyze information, competitors, metrics, etc.
- personal laptop for work and being in touch with the manager at the approved time
