Influencer Manager

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for an Influencer Manager who will build systematic work with bloggers and opinion leaders — from strategy to reporting.

What you will be doing:

• developing an influencer strategy for new product launches, promotion of current products, and creative mailings;
• forming and developing an influencer database;
• compiling a publication schedule;
• searching for, selecting, and negotiating with bloggers;
• maintaining and updating the influencer database;
• organizing paid and barter publications;
• controlling product shipments, deadline adherence, and publication releases;
• weekly and monthly reporting on the effectiveness of collaborations;
• calculating and tracking key metrics: reach, impressions, ROMI.

What we expect from the candidate:

• experience in a similar position (influencer marketing / working with bloggers);
• ability to build and conduct negotiations, reach advantageous agreements;
• flexibility and communication skills;
• English language at Intermediate level;
• readiness to complete a test assignment during the selection stage.
