The creator economy is growing every year, and most influencer campaigns are still launched almost blindly. We are building a product that is changing this.
At Spiry, we create decision intelligence for influencer marketing.
Our goal is to help teams understand where to invest their next budget, which creator to choose, which integrations to scale, which hypotheses to repeat, and where it’s better not to spend budget.
Currently, we are working with design partners — we run real influencer campaigns manually and simultaneously build a product that gradually automates the entire process: from finding creators to analyzing results.
Each launched campaign helps the client grow, and us — make the product smarter.
This is not a classic influencer manager.
You will simultaneously launch campaigns for clients and help build a product that will take over a large part of the routine over time.
We are looking for someone who is interested in understanding why one integration succeeded and another failed, and then turning that experience into a system.
Completely manage the client's influencer direction.
Dive deep into the product, audience, and positioning.
Search for creators and evaluate them based on audience, content, cost, reliability, and potential.
Conduct outreach, lead negotiations, and agree on collaborations.
Prepare personalized briefs.
Accompany integrations from the first message to publication.
Monitor deadlines, links, promo codes, payments, and execution quality.
Analyze results: clicks, registrations, CAC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and the effectiveness of each creator.
Identify areas where the process can be improved and transfer insights to the product team.
2+ years of experience in full-cycle influencer marketing.
Experience working with US creators.
Conversational and written English.
Understanding of performance marketing and key metrics.
Ability to make data-driven decisions, not based on gut feelings.
Independence and a desire to build processes from scratch.
Love for order in communications and attention to detail.
Experience with mobile apps or consumer products.
Understanding of fraud-checking and audience evaluation.
Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, GA, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
Mass outreach.
Experience in subscription apps, fintech, wellness, gaming, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
Speed > perfection — five quick tests are better than one perfect launch a month later.
Data over opinions — an argument ends where a result appears.
Low ego — good ideas can come from anyone on the team.
Fewer calls, more action — we prefer short messages and clear decisions.
Every campaign is an experiment. We are constantly looking for patterns that can be turned into a product.
Here, you won't be able to be someone who just "runs integrations".
You will influence what the next product for the creator economy will look like. Every launch, every creator's response, every successful brief, or failed outreach becomes part of the system we are building.
