ABOUT US: An AI-powered video and image generation service for the Russian-speaking audience. We operate via a Telegram bot and are launching a web version. The primary acquisition channel is advertising purchases from bloggers. We are looking for someone to take this direction entirely: from finding bloggers to analyzing ROI. This is an independent position — you will need to build the process, not follow ready-made instructions. Your impact on the result will be direct.

TASKS: • Finding and selecting bloggers for our product — Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts. • Negotiating, agreeing on formats and prices, placing ads. • Monitoring ad placements and ensuring bloggers adhere to the terms. • Maintaining records for each placement: cost, clicks, activations, ROI. • Analyzing results, identifying effective strategies and formats. • Managing the advertising purchase budget. • Gradually building a system: blogger database, regulations, processes.

REQUIREMENTS: • 1+ year of experience purchasing ads from bloggers. • Understanding of how to calculate ROI: not just reach, but also the cost of acquiring a paying user. • Ability to check accounts for artificial inflation. • Independence — readiness to build the process, not wait for instructions. • Discipline in record-keeping: all placements and results must be documented. Will be a plus: • Experience with digital products, applications, bots. • Working with English-speaking bloggers.

CONDITIONS: • 100,000 RUB salary + KPI bonuses. • Advertising purchase budget of 200,000 RUB per month, increasing based on results. • Fully remote work. • Employment as self-employed or via individual entrepreneur (IP). • Probationary period of 1 month with specific goals, full payment. • Direct communication with the founder, no approvals or bureaucracy. • Selection includes a paid test task — 2 days.
